What if my house needs repairs?
We will buy your house as-is. We will simply view the house, and make an offer in it's as-is condition. You won't have to do any repairs or clean up.
What if my property has Health Department violations or is condemned?
Not a problem! Light Properties can still buy your house as-is, even if it has demolition orders scheduled.
Are you Realtors who just want to list my house?
No. Light Properties is and family owned and operated company. We solve residential homeowner problems within Arizona.
Do you deal in higher priced properties?
Yes, Light Properties can work with any seller who needs to sell a property quickly for any reason and in any price range.
What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?
Yes. If you call or contact us now, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process.
What do you charge for your services?
There is never a charge or commission when we buy your home.
Do you have a "Refer-A-Friend" program?

Is their any obligation on my part?
